Growth Mindset
Training Workshops & Courses
Are you keen to continuously develop, or have you decided to stick with what you've got?
Many of us have a fixed mindset: we settle for what we can do, accept our strengths and limitations as fixed. As a consequence, we may fail to grow and improve, and miss out on the satisfaction that brings. Choosing a growth mindset can change all that, and these training courses can show you haw and why.

We begin by testing which mindset you are most likely to have, using a fun activity; we then explain the two mindsets, and why they matter. Never 'death by powerpoint'
We always provide a variety of learning approaches in each of our workshops.
Each workshop typically includes learning input from the trainer, supported by a range of mixed media, interactive elements, discussion and group work. 'Want more?' resource pack

Someone might have a real growth mindset for learning a new language, but a fixed mindset in their inability to put up a shelf....
Which of these courses should I take?
The 90-minute course will give you a clear overview and the option to test which you are more likely to be, if any; the half day course looks at the SELFF model in detail, and the full day allows you to develop an action plan, based on casework, to improve your growth mindset skills and potential.
