Effective Delegation Workshop Activities

The 90-minute course will give you the key ingredients - what, why and how - for getting it right; the half day course builds on this by putting these key principles into practice, and demonstrating the difference between poor and excellent delegation. The full day programme focuses on allowing participants to design the delegation process, put it into practice, and receive feedback.

We always provide a variety of learning approaches in each of our workshops.

Each workshop typically includes learning input from the trainer, supported by a range of mixed media, interactive elements, discussion and group work. Most workshops also include case work and practical skill-development activities to apply the learning, with more time dedicated to this in the longer courses.
